WyldCode is a brand operated by e-dimensionz Inc., a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada.
We develop free and commercial software for WordPress, Joomla, Shopify, and other platforms, along with hosted services and developer tools.
This page explains how our software is licensed, what paid subscriptions include, and your rights when using our products.
WordPress and Joomla Products
Our WordPress plugins, Joomla extensions, and themes distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) are open-source software.
The GPL allows you to:
- Use the software on multiple websites.
- Modify the code to suit your needs.
- Copy and redistribute the software, including modified versions, subject to the applicable GPL terms.
The specific GPL version is identified in each product's files. You can also read the GNU General Public License.
Purchasing a GPL-licensed product does not restrict your rights under the GPL. Paid subscriptions provide access to additional services, such as updates, downloads, and technical support.
Free Products
Some WyldCode products are available at no cost.
Free products are provided under the license specified with each download. They may be used and distributed according to that license without purchasing a paid subscription.
Updates, support, and additional features may vary by product.
Paid Products and Subscriptions
Our paid products may be offered with different subscription periods. The applicable duration, pricing, included services, and renewal terms are displayed on the product page or at checkout.
Depending on the product, your purchase may include:
- Access to product downloads and updates.
- Automatic updates through the WordPress or Joomla dashboard.
- Technical support from our team.
- Access to additional features or services.
Some products use license keys to manage access to updates and support. License keys are associated with your account and should not be shared or published.
The number of websites eligible for automatic updates or support may depend on your purchased plan.
When Your Subscription Expires
For GPL-licensed products, expiration does not remove your right to continue using the software you've already downloaded.
However, access to new downloads, updates, and technical support may end until you renew.
Products that depend on hosted services or active subscriptions may work differently. Any such requirements will be explained on the applicable product page.
Renewals, cancellations, and refunds are covered in our Terms of Service.
Shopify Apps
WyldCode also develops applications for Shopify stores.
Shopify apps are not automatically covered by the GPL. Their licensing and usage terms depend on the individual application and how it is distributed.
Apps installed through the Shopify App Store are also subject to Shopify's applicable terms and policies.
Free and paid plans may be available. Subscription fees, billing periods, included features, and usage limits are described in each app's listing or subscription plan.
Some Shopify apps rely on hosted services or integrations that require an active subscription to operate.
Our Names and Logos
Open-source software licenses do not automatically grant permission to use WyldCode's trademarks, logos, branding, or mascot.
If you redistribute modified software, please do not present it as an official WyldCode product or imply that WyldCode endorses or supports your version without our permission.
Third-Party Software
Some WyldCode products include third-party libraries, frameworks, or other software components.
These components remain subject to their respective licenses, which may differ from the license covering the main product.
Applicable license notices and attribution information are included with the software where required.
Todoyu
Todoyu / todoyu Phoenix is open-source software released under a simplified BSD license.
The applicable license and original copyright notices are included with the software and available in our GitHub repository.
WyldAPI
WyldAPI is a hosted service rather than downloadable software.
Access to WyldAPI, including its features, usage limits, subscriptions, and availability, is governed by our Terms of Service and any applicable service-specific terms.
Warranty and Support
Open-source software is provided without warranty to the extent permitted by applicable law and its respective license.
Paid products and hosted services may include additional support or service commitments, as described in their product information and our Terms of Service.
Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
