At WyldCode, we believe in being clear about how artificial intelligence is and is not used in our work. We use AI carefully as a limited support tool, but our products, code, content, and client communication are guided by real people.

Our code is written by experienced developers

We do not use AI to write, generate, or ship production code. Our development work is completed by real, experienced developers with more than 25 years of hands-on experience building websites, applications, plugins, tools, and custom software.

Client code, private project details, credentials, product logic, and sensitive information are not submitted to AI tools.

How we may use AI

We may use AI as an internal support tool for brainstorming, early-stage ideas, research direction, source discovery, outlines, or temporary placeholder content.

Some draft copy may be AI-assisted, but nothing is published directly from an AI tool. Public content is reviewed, edited, rewritten where needed, and approved by a human before it goes live.

Images, graphics, and animations

Images used by WyldCode are stock images, free-to-use images, or visuals created by our team. We do not use AI-generated images on our website.

Social media graphics are created using Canva and are not AI-generated. Our SVG animations and custom visual elements are created by real people and are not produced by AI.

Client privacy and sensitive information

We do not place sensitive client information into AI tools. This includes private business details, personal information, login details, access credentials, support requests, project files, and confidential communications.

Protecting client and product information is a core part of how we work.

Support, email, testing, and hiring

Our support and email communication is handled by humans. We may occasionally use AI to help think through wording, but we do not copy and paste AI-generated email responses to clients.

Testing and quality assurance are completed by real people. Our hiring process is also handled by humans, not AI screening systems.

Our approach

AI can be useful for brainstorming, research support, and rough drafting, but it does not replace real development work, human review, quality control, or accountability.

When you work with WyldCode, you are working with real people who care about building useful, reliable, and thoughtful software.
