Many stores have region-specific contact information like phone, fax, or toll-free number, and email addresses.
Instead of creating separate contact pages for each visitor, you can create a single contact page that will modify itself when a visitor from a target zone visits it.
This feature can be accessed under Localization from the drop-down menu in the left sidebar and and enabled by clicking the "Enabled/Disabled" button near the top of the page.
How do I set it up?
Enter a value into a field under the "Text Value to Replace" column. Be sure to enter it exactly as shown on the original contact page.
Any fields left blank will not trigger any change.
Tip: You can add fake phone numbers and email addresses as placeholders on your public store pages and use this feature to replace them with real values. Spammers phone and email scrapers will see the fake values on your page while real visitors will see the proper values.
Here are some examples:
- Replace +344-33-3399333 with 1-800-444-444
- Replace 555-555-5555 with 1-444-444-444 - Canada-only
- Replace 1-234-345-3645 with No Phone, email only
If you are satisfied with the settings, click either green "Save Contacts Configuration" button to save.
A filter can be removed by clicking the red "Delete" button at the end of a row on the far right.
Still, need help? Please do not hesitate to click the red "Help Me" button at the top of the app interface.
