Filter by Vendor

WARNING:  For any filters to work, product filtering MUST be enabled by clicking the green "Product Filtering" button in the drop-down menu in the left sidebar.



What does Filter by Vendor do exactly?


Filter by Vendor allows you to define vendor-zone relationships and can be accessed from the drop-down sidebar to the left.  This means you get to choose which vendors apply to which zones.

It can be accessed from the drop-down menu in the left sidebar and can be enabled by clicking the "Enabled/Disabled" near the top of the page.



How do I set it up?


Step 1

Add vendors by typing the vendor name in an empty field under the "Vendor Name" column, then choose from the drop-down list.   



Step 2

Choose which regions will apply to the vendor by clicking the appropriate toggle buttons to the right.



Step 3

Click either green "Save Vendor Configuration" button to save.


Deleting filters

Vendors can be removed by clicking the red "Delete" button at the end of a row on the far right.


Nothing Showing Up When Trying to Create Filter

If you find that you are unable to create a filter because your products, collections, locations, tags, product types, or vendors are not showing up, click the "Re-index Products/Collections/Inventory" button in the left drop-down menu.   



If things are still not showing up, disable and re-enable the app by going to "System/App status" under the "General" section of the drop-down menu in the left sidebar clicking the "Enabled/Disabled" near the top of the page.
