Filter By Location
WARNING: For any filters to work, product filtering MUST be enabled by clicking the green "Product Filtering" button in the drop-down menu in the left sidebar.
Filter by Location can be accessed under "Product Filtering" from the drop-down menu of the sidebar on the left. The "Enabled/Disabled" button near the top of the page must be clicked to turn this filter on.
What does Filter by Location do?
Filter by Location allows you to define location-zone relationships. Select a location from the drop-down menu and select which region(s) it should be available in, based on the regions you defined on the Define Regions page under General settings. If a location is not included in this list, it will be visible in all regions. Filter by Location allows you to choose which zones will be able to access which locations products.
How do I set it up?
To create a filter, the drop-down menu for "Select a Location" under the "Location Name" column on the left and choose a location.
Next, check the boxes of the zones to the right you wish to be served by that particular location.
Click the "Save Locations Configuration" button if you are satisfied with your configuration.
A filter can be removed by clicking the red "Delete" button at the end of a row on the far right.
Nothing Showing Up When Trying to Create Filter
If you find that you are unable to create a filter because your products, collections, locations, tags, product types, or vendors are not showing up, click the "Re-index Products/Collections/Inventory" button in the left drop-down menu.
If things are still not showing up, disable and re-enable the app by going to "System/App status" under the "General" section of the drop-down menu in the left sidebar clicking the "Enabled/Disabled" near the top of the page.
